Roy A. Shubert has nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning and investment management. Prior to joining LPL Financial 2009, he worked for several other investment advisory and financial planning firms including IFG Network Securities and Lincoln Financial Group. Previous to this, he held senior positions in both public and privately held organizations in the areas of tax, business and executive planning matters after spending his initial years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Philadelphia office.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to his work with his clients specializing in the development of effective wealth management, tax efficient income distribution and asset protection strategies for business owners and executives, individuals who have inherited substantial monies as well as retired persons.
Roy received his Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College in 1994 and his Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of CPA’s in 1995. He has given seminars in estate planning, investment planning and asset allocation strategies for various businesses and employee groups.
He is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and active in his community where he previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development organization which provides affordable housing for low and moderate income families in Moorestown and other towns in Burlington County, NJ. He currently serves on several Committees for MEND. Roy recently was elected to the Board of Directors of The Evergreens, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Moorestown.
